Peach Cobbler

Crumble

(adapted from 101cookbooks)

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt

Filling

~10 sliced peaches tossed in juice from 1/2 a lemon (and maybe a little brown sugar if you are so inclined)

Cucumber Salad

Cucumber Salad

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 small onion (red or white)
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 2 tablespoons scallions
  • 2 cups white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • salt & pepper to taste

Helpful Hint: Let chill for at least an hour prior to serving.
