Crumble
(adapted from 101cookbooks)
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt
Filling
~10 sliced peaches tossed in juice from 1/2 a lemon (and maybe a little brown sugar if you are so inclined)
